Svaadh Kitchen ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use svaadhkitchen.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Identity & contact — name, mobile number, delivery address (wing, flat, floor, society, area, landmark), email (optional).
• Order data — items ordered, quantities, dates, special instructions, payment method chosen, delivery status.
• Payment data — handled exclusively by our payment partner HDFC SmartGateway (Juspay). We do not store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or NetBanking credentials. We only retain a transaction reference and the amount.
• Device data — basic browser/device information (used only to render the site correctly and to install the Progressive Web App).

2. How we use your information

• To accept, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To communicate order status, delivery updates, and any service notices (via SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications).
• To process refunds and respond to customer-support requests.
• To maintain Svaadh Wallet balances tied to your verified mobile number.
• To improve our menu, delivery operations, and service quality (in aggregated form).

3. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• HDFC SmartGateway — to process payments.
• Our delivery partner — your name, address, phone number, and order details, only to fulfil the delivery.
• Government / regulators — only when legally required.

4. Data retention

Order and customer records are retained for as long as required for operational, accounting, and statutory purposes. Wallet balances are retained until refunded or the account is deleted on request.

5. Security

Customer data is stored in access-controlled storage. Payment information is handled entirely by HDFC SmartGateway and is never written to our systems. While we take reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure — please do not share your PIN or OTPs with anyone, including us.

6. Your choices

• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• You can opt out of non-essential service messages at any time.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies / browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your cart between sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
