Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to selected areas in Hadapsar, Pune. The complete list of supported areas is visible at the address-selection step of the order page (Step 2). Areas outside our delivery zone are not serviceable at this time.

2. Free delivery zones

• Bhosale Nagar
• Triveni Nagar
• Self Pickup (from our kitchen address)

These zones never have a delivery charge regardless of order amount.

3. Other zones

For all other supported areas a flat delivery charge of ₹11 per meal applies, unless the day's food total reaches the free-delivery threshold (₹100 for a single meal, ₹150 for two or more meals on the same date), in which case delivery is waived for the entire day.

4. Delivery timings

• Breakfast: typically 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
• Lunch: typically 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Dinner: typically 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Exact timing varies slightly by area. Once your order is dispatched you'll see an "Out for Delivery" status in Manage Orders.

5. Self Pickup

Pickup is available from A 104, Shree Laxmi Vihar Society, Bhosale Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune 411028. Select "Self Pickup" as your area when ordering — no delivery charge and no small-order fee applies. Collect at the timings above.

6. Order cutoff times

• Breakfast — before 7:00 AM on the day of delivery
• Lunch — before 9:00 AM on the day of delivery
• Dinner — before 4:30 PM on the day of delivery

Kitchen is closed on Sundays and on admin-marked unavailable dates.

7. Failed / missed deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you on the registered phone number or cannot complete the delivery at the address provided, the order will be returned to the kitchen and a refund will be issued as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
