These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Svaadh Kitchen website (svaadhkitchen.in) and our food-ordering and delivery service in Hadapsar, Pune. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Svaadh Kitchen is a home-cooked vegetarian food preparation and delivery service operating from A 104, Shree Laxmi Vihar Society, Bhosale Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune 411028. We are compliant with Indian food regulations applicable to home-kitchen businesses.

2. Service area

We currently deliver to selected areas in Hadapsar (full list available under "Delivery Areas & Timing" inside the order page Guide). Self-pickup from our kitchen address is also available.

3. Ordering and cutoff times

• Breakfast orders must be placed before 7:00 AM on the day of delivery.
• Lunch orders must be placed before 9:00 AM on the day of delivery.
• Dinner orders must be placed before 4:30 PM on the day of delivery.
• The kitchen is closed on Sundays and on dates marked unavailable by the admin.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges, small-order fees, and discounts are calculated on the bill page before payment confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order placement is final for that order.

5. Payments

Payment is collected at the time of placing the order via:

• Svaadh Wallet — a prepaid balance tied to the customer's mobile number.
• HDFC SmartGateway — UPI, debit/credit cards, or NetBanking.
• Split — partial wallet + remaining via HDFC SmartGateway.

6. Svaadh Wallet

• The wallet is strictly non-transferable between customers and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Wallet credits can only be used to place orders on Svaadh Kitchen.
• Refunds for orders paid via wallet are automatically credited back to the wallet.
• Wallet credits do not expire.

8. Food quality

We prepare food fresh on the day of delivery. Any complaint about food quality must be raised within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 93222 46765) with photographs. Refund or replacement decisions are at our discretion based on the evidence shared.

9. Privacy

Your use of our site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Svaadh Kitchen's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
