How do I order from Svaadh Kitchen?

Visit svaadhkitchen.in/order.html, enter your phone number, add your delivery address, pick your dates, choose your meals à la carte (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), and pay via UPI or Svaadh Wallet. No app download needed.

What are the order cutoff times?

Breakfast orders must be placed before 7:00 AM, Lunch before 9:00 AM, and Dinner before 4:30 PM.

Which areas in Hadapsar do you deliver to?

We deliver to 15 areas in Hadapsar: Bhosale Nagar (free delivery), Triveni Nagar (free delivery), Magarpatta, Amanora, DP Road, Malwadi, SadeSatraNali, Kirtane Baug, Tupe Patil Road, BG Shirke Road, Vaiduwadi (till Yash Honda), Pune-Solapur Road (till Gadital), Vihar Chowk, Mandai, and Gadital. Self Pickup is also available free of charge.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free when your day's food total reaches ₹106 (1 meal), ₹159 (2 meals) or ₹190 (3 meals); otherwise a nominal ₹11 per meal applies. Bhosale Nagar and Triveni Nagar always have free delivery, and Self Pickup is free.

What meals and items are available?

We offer a Make-Your-Own-Meal system — no fixed thali. Lunch and Dinner: Chapati ₹10, Without Oil Chapati ₹9, Phulka ₹8, Ghee Phulka ₹11, Jowar Bhakri ₹22, Bajra Bhakri ₹22, Dry Sabji Mini (100ml) ₹24, Dry Sabji Full (250ml) ₹48, Curry Sabji Mini (100ml) ₹24, Curry Sabji Full (250ml) ₹48, Dal (200ml) ₹24, Rice (100g) ₹13, Salad (40g) ₹8, Curd (50g) ₹13. Breakfast rotates daily — Kanda Poha [175g], Upma [200g], Sabudana Khichdi [200g], Sheera [200g] and more.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI payments and Svaadh Wallet (prepaid credits for 1-tap instant ordering). Regular customers can also use On Account billing with daily or monthly settlement.

What is Svaadh Wallet?

Svaadh Wallet is a prepaid credit system. Load a minimum of ₹100 via UPI and your balance auto-deducts with each order — no need to scan a QR every time. Your balance is always visible on the order page.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes — 5% off when your day's food total is ₹325 or more, 7.5% off at ₹485 or more, and 10% off at ₹750 or more. Discounts apply automatically. Earn an extra 10% off your next order by leaving a 5-star Google review.

Can I track my delivery in real time?

Yes. Open the Manage Orders section on our website. Once our driver marks your order as dispatched, the status changes to Out for Delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel before the cutoff time (Breakfast: 7 AM, Lunch: 9:00 AM, Dinner: 4:30 PM) through the Manage Orders section. Editing is not available — delete and re-place with changes instead.
